What this pack contains

The same set of four sheets for every sequence, because a routine is not installed the same way at every stage of learning.

  • The morning routine strip, to put on the wall.

    The routine strip

A4 landscape, to put on the wall at child height and where the action happens. One box per step, with its number and label.

  • The progress chart for the morning routine, one line per step.

    The progress chart

One line per step, one tick box. It shows what is mastered and what still needs support.

  • The cut-out cards for the morning routine, with their cut marks.

    The cut-out cards

To handle, sort, or build the sequence with the child rather than handing it over finished. Cut marks included.

  • The blank version of the morning routine, boxes to fill in.

    The blank version

The same template with empty boxes, to stick in your own photos: the child's own toothbrush, their bag, their bedroom.

Sheet by sheet

If you only need one sequence, download that sheet on its own rather than the whole pack.

The guide that goes with it

Bedtime routine: preparing for sleep, not just for bed

Building a visual evening ritual: winding down, switching screens off, the order of steps, and printable sheets so the child knows where they are.

Before you print

01.What is in the “Evening and bedtime” pack?
Three routines: the evening after school, the shower and turning off the screen before bed. Strips, progress charts, cards and blank versions for each.
02.How do I use it to calm bedtime?
Display the strip in the bedroom, always end with the same step and let the child tick it off themselves. The bedtime guide details the set-up week by week.
03.What paper should I use?
Plain paper is fine to start. For a strip that will live in a bathroom for months, print on heavier paper and slip it into a plastic sleeve, or run wide tape along the edges.
04.Can I use them in class or in practice?
Yes. The sheets are free to use at home, in class and in practice, and you may photocopy them as much as you need for your pupils or patients. One limit only: the packs stay free. You may print them, photocopy them and pass them on to colleagues or families, but not sell them, bundle them into a paid course or product, or redistribute them modified or under another name.
